Every effort is made to supply you with the correct merchandise. If you suspect you have received an incorrect item(s), STOP! DO NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGE OR REMOVE ANY OF THE ITEMS. WE NEED ALL PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING. RETURNS WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED IF THE PRODUCTS DO NOT MEET THE PROPER REQUIREMENTS .
Should you need to return an item for any other reason, follow these instructions:
1. Contact Anglers Express immediately for a Return Goods Request Form. Email it to your contact person at Anglers Express. You will be contacted with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and form to send back with the item.
2. Double-box items whenever possible to preserve the original manufacturer’s packaging. Pack the part carefully – no rattles or shakes! Parts damaged due to improper packaging will not be credited. Prepay the return shipping and insure the part for the full amount.
3. Write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping box and include the RGA form and a copy of the original invoice.
Return all original packaging and instructions with the product. Do not write anything on the merchandise or deface the packaging. In order for us to credit you, the returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. No credit will be issued on merchandise that have been installed, used, altered, modified or otherwise changed from their original state. If you suspect that you have an incorrect item , STOP and call us. We will make every effort to work with you to resolve any problem you may have.
Please be sure of your purchase. A re-stocking fee of 20% may apply on items returned for credit or refund, less any freight paid by ANGLERS EXPRESS on the original sale and delivery of freight-paid items.
